Region Jämtland Härjedalen, in collaboration with Fjällhälsan, is recruiting a psychologist for a shared position in Härjedalen.

Fjällhälsan is a private health center operated without profit motives by an economic association owned by the population. Fjällhälsan's health center in Hede serves one of Sweden's largest ski areas - Destination Vemdalen. Fjällhälsan also has year-round open branches in Lillhärdal, Vemdalen, a physiotherapy clinic in Sveg, and winter-open back doctor clinics at 3 different destinations in Härjedalen (Björnrike, Hamra, and Ramundberget).

Nära Vård Härjedalen includes the health centers in Sveg and Funäsdalen, as well as associated back doctor clinics/branches. All health centers in Härjedalen have urgent care, physiotherapy, radiology, lab, maternal health care, child health care, and psychosocial services.

The position is shared between Nära Vård Härjedalen and Fjällhälsan, with 60% of your time at Nära Vård Härjedalen and 40% at Fjällhälsan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a psychologist, you, along with colleagues at PSM, play a very important role in assessing and treating adult patients with mental health issues and guiding patients to the right treatment. In our multimodal teams, the psychologist has a natural place and a significant responsibility for patients with mental health issues. You will work based on evidence-based methods individually, internet-CBT, and conduct group activities. We are working on the development of close care in rural areas, where you have the opportunity to participate in development work. We offer a flexible employment with the possibility to work partially remotely. As the Psychologically Responsible Leader (PLA) in Nära Vård Härjedalen, you are responsible for and coordinate the psychological interventions provided within the organization. PLA assists the operations manager with specific expertise and participates in the overall strategic development work of the entire organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Psychologist

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with broad clinical experience, preferably with experience from primary care. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and engagement, where we see collaboration skills and flexibility as some of the most important qualities. We value the ability to engage others and the ability to see the whole picture.
